⏳ Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn or unused, with tags attached

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

💔 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right.
🚫 Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

🔄 Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason—no explanation needed.

Items must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds

We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. The return shipping cost will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded within 10 business days.

Please remember your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
